论教师领导力的内涵、障碍与培养

摘要 教师领导力被认为是学校变革的重要力量,源于分布式领导,是校长领导力下放的支撑。教师领导力的内涵可以归纳为作为一种角色和责任的教师领导力和强调合作与共同掌权的教师领导力。受组织等级和专业文化影响,当前教师领导力的发展存在一定的障碍。本文针对这些障碍,通过引入如何培养和支持教师领导力,具体阐释培养教师领导力的必要性和可行性。
