摘要
引入带异步休假的M/M/c的排队系统对借还机的服务进行建模,选择系统中平均读者数、处于休假的借还机数和读者平均等待时间作为性能指标,对模型求解和仿真.结果表明适当的借还机休假可以提高性能,且当允许休假借还机台数为2时,系统性能达到最优.因此,该模型不仅提高了读者满意度,而且为借还机的优化配置提供理论依据.
The M/M/c queuing system with asynchronous vacation is introduced to model the service of borrowing and returning machines.The average number of readers in the system,the number of borrowing and returning machines on vacation,and the average waiting time of readers are selected as performance indicators to solve and simulate the model.The results indicate that appropriate borrowing and returning machine vacations can improve performance,and the system performance reaches optimal when the number of allowed borrowing and returning machines is 2.Therefore,this model not only improves the satisfaction of readers,but also provides a theoretical basis for the optimal configuration of borrowing and returning machines.
