摘要
知识经济时代,产学研协同是“基于科学的创新”由社会分工所决定,且是企业、高校、科研院在各自科学、技术、生产长足发展基础上的功能互补,对国家发展具有重要意义。对此,根据“基于科学的创新”的公共产品特性,有效推动产学研协同创新,既要构建社会契约并借助平等、开放、竞争的市场调节手段;还要建立学术声誉报酬机制,对为获得学术声誉而投入的资本必须给予物质补偿。
In the era of knowledge economy,enterprise-university-research collaboration,is not only part of scientific innovation as the social division of labor theory describes,but also the functional complementation of the considerable progress of enterprises,universities and research institutes in science,technology,and manufacture.In this paper,the authors analyze the publicness of scientific innovation,and put forward that social contracts and the equal,open,competitive market mechanism should be adopted to enhance the enterprise-universityresearch collaboration,that a reward mechanism of academic reputation should be established,and that the material compensation should be made for the utilization of academic reputation.
