摘要
随着国家资助政策的稳步推行,高校学生资助育人体系日趋完善。但大部分高校未能理清资助和育人的辩证统一关系,除开物质帮扶外,育人工作也缺乏实效。对此,在梳理高校资助体系发展历程和资助育人工作现状的基础上,围绕“立德树人”这一根本任务,从转变工作理念、关注学生需求、健全长效机制、提升队伍素养四个维度,探索高校资助育人工作有效路径,以期实现高质量发展。
With the steady implementation of the national aiding policies,the student aiding education system in colleges and universities has been greatly improved.However,most colleges and universities have failed to clarify the dialectical and unified relationship between aiding and education.The effect of aiding education is lack of practical input.The paper explores the effective path of the aiding education from the four dimensions,i.e.,changing the concept of the aiding education,paying more attention to the development needs of students,innovating and creating the long-term effect mechanism,and improving the overall quality of the working team,so as to further promote the effectiveness of aiding education and realize the high-quality development of aiding education.
