摘要
在大型船舶艉轴管的镗削过程中,镗杆的跨度较大,此时挠度对镗孔质量的影响已经不可忽略。为了减小镗杆挠度变化对加工质量的影响,采用添加中间支撑的方式对镗杆挠度进行补偿。文中从理论分析、有限元仿真及实际测量等方面对添加中间支撑前后镗杆挠度的对比情况进行了分析,验证了通过添加中间支撑可以大幅度减小镗杆挠度对镗孔质量的影响。
In the boring process of the stern tube of a large ship,the span of the boring bar is large,and the influence of deflection on the quality of the boring can not be ignored.In order to reduce the influence of the change of boring bar deflection on the processing quality,the boring bar deflection is compensated by adding middle supports.This paper analyzes the comparison of boring bar deflection before and after adding middle support by using theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and actual measurement,and verifies that the influence of boring bar deflection on boring quality can be greatly reduced by adding middle support.
