海底喷射式挖沟技术研究

摘要 针对海底管缆工程对挖沟作业的需求,对海底喷射式挖沟技术的背景、原理及国内外常见的喷射式挖沟设备进行了综述,并在此基础上分析了ROV式挖沟机QT1600在实际工程中应用的案例,并得出结论:喷射式挖沟机的挖沟性能很大程度上取决于作业水深、土壤条件、设备规格及海底管缆的特性;对于地质复杂或变化比较明显的区域可以考虑采用不同类型的挖沟机进行协同作业;为提高工作效率,在ROV式挖沟机QT1600进行实际挖沟作业时,需要选择合适的挖沟机履带应对较恶劣的土质环境,并选择合适的作业顺序及直线段海缆路由以减少调整艏向及移船时间。 To meet the reqirement of submarine pipe and cable engineering,this paper reviews the background and principle of submarine jetting trenching technology and the common jetting trenching equipment at home and abroad,and on this basis,the application cases of ROV type trenching machine QT1600 in practical engineering are analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:The trenching performance of jet trenching machine largely depends on the operating water depth,soil conditions,equipment specifications and the characteristics of submarine pipes and cables;For areas with complex geology or obvious changes,different types of ditching machines can be considered for collaborative operation.To improve work efficiency,during the ROV trench digger QT1600 actual trench digging,it is necessary to select appropriate crawler tracks to cope with the harsh soil environment,and select appropriate operation sequence and straight section submarine cable routing to reduce the time of adjusting bow direction and ship moving.
