厨余垃圾回收处理多功能水槽装置的设计

摘要 厨余垃圾产量的逐渐增加给环境自我修复的能力带来沉重的负担。餐厨垃圾经过恰当的处理会“变废为宝”,成为可以利用的资源。文中设计了一种可实现厨余垃圾回收处理的多功能水槽装置。用户将家庭厨房产生的厨余垃圾倒入水槽中,就可以轻松实现对厨余垃圾的油水分离、固液分离,将厨余垃圾快速分离为水、油、渣。分离后,将油回收后可制成生物柴油,将渣粉碎、烘干后制成有机肥料,同时可以有效减少管道内脂肪块堵塞。 With the growth of the kitchen waste output causes a heavy burden on the ability of environmental self repair.Food waste has dual attributes of pollutants and resources.After proper treatment,food waste will be turned into a resource.This paper designs a multifunctional sink device that can realize the recovery and treatment of kitchen waste.Users only need to pour the kitchen waste into the sink,which can easily realize the oil-water separation,solid-liquid separation,and quick separation of kitchen waste into water,oil,and slag.After separation,the oil can be recycled to make biodiesel,and the residue can be crushed and dried to make organic fertilizer,which can effectively reduce the blockage of fat blocks in the pipeline.
