摘要
研究了适用于自动铺丝和/或连续纤维3D打印的变刚度平板的轨迹规划算法,其中包括基准参考线的算法、平移轨迹的算法、平行轨迹的算法和变化任意铺放角度的算法。降低了规划难度,并提高了规划效率。通过采用VC++编程实现了文中算法,由计算结果绘制轨迹线,验证了其正确性和合理性,为自动铺丝变角度算法和连续纤维3D打印提供编程及应用基础,同时完成复杂连接结构的连续纤维3D打印试验验证,效果符合预期。
To study the trajectory planning method on variable stiffness panel(VSP)with variable angle algorithm for automated fiber placement(AFP)and/or continuous fiber 3D printing,which includes algorithms of the reference line,the shifted fiber paths,the parallel fiber paths and changing arbitrary lay-up angle.Furthermore,to demonstrate the proposed algorithms for VSP,these algorithms are programmed based on VC++and the trajectories are interpolated according to the results,lowers the difficulty of trajectory planning,and improves its efficiency.The introduction of these algorithms provides the based technologies for programming and application of VSPs and/or continuous fiber 3D printing.The final 3D printing for the complex airplane structure is completed,which shows the good results for the algorithms.
