摘要
针对目前舰船用显示器在实际船体结构气密性试验阶段显示器的盖板玻璃碎裂的问题进行分析,确定碎裂原因是由腔体外部气压变化引起内外压差,该压差产生的应力超过玻璃的强度范围。文中采用双向泄压阀来平衡内外压差的方案来解决该问题。进行了显示器湿热冲击试验,分析了特种显示器进行密封的原因及湿热试验带来的内部气压的变化。针对解决方案的可行性进行计算、分析,最后得出结论,该处理方法能够满足要求。
This paper analyzes the problem of glass breakage on the cover plate of large displays used in ships during the actual ship structure airtightness test stage,determines the reason for the breakage is the pressure difference between the inside and outside caused by changes in the external pressure of the chamber.The stress generated by this pressure difference exceeds the strength range of the glass.A bi-directional pressure relief valve is proposed to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside to solve this problem.The hygrothermal shock test of the display is introduced,and the reason why the special display is sealed and the change of internal air pressure caused by the hygrothermal test are expounded.Feasibility of the initially proposed solution is calculated and analyzed;It is concluded that this processing method can meet the requirements.
