臂式斗轮机固定交叉尾车金属结构优化分析

摘要 针对常规臂式斗轮堆取料机固定交叉尾车的金属结构中底梁尺寸、自重过大及成本过高等问题,在对该尾车形式充分分析的基础上,对其优化方案的可行性进行了探讨。在满足设备刚度、强度的前提下,通过优化截面尺寸配比的方法使固定交叉尾车质量降低,达到降低成本的目的。通过力学校核证明了该方案的经济性及可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of excessive bottom beam size,excessive self-weight and high cost in the metal structure of conventional arm bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer fixed cross tripper car,the feasibility of the optimization scheme is discussed on the basis of a full analysis of the tripper car form.Under the premise of satisfying the stiffness and strength of the equipment,the method of optimizing the cross-section size ratio is proposed to reduce the weight of the fixed cross tripper car and achieve the purpose of reducing costs.Mechanics check proves its economy and reliability.
