断路器触板整形折弯及其卡簧的自动组装机设计

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,工控领域的产品种类越来越多,竞争也越来越激烈,通过投入自动化设备来提升产品质量和降低生产成本已经成为越来越多生产企业管理者的共识。触板是断路器的一个关键零件,其折弯以后的形状和精度对断路器的性能具有很大的直接影响。同时卡簧也是一个组装在触板上的重要零件。通过伺服电动机对触板进行整形和检测,并通过预折弯、折弯到位和卡簧的自动组装等工序,实现产品在设备上全自动化生产。 The contact plate is a key part of the circuit breaker.The shape and accuracy of the contact plate after bending have a great direct impact on the performance of the circuit breaker.At the same time,the circlips is also an important part assembled on the contact plate.This paper uses the servo motor to shape and detect the contact plate,and the fully automatic production of the product on the equipment is realized through the processes of pre-bending,bending in place and automatic assembly of the circlips.
