一种高精度柱塞组件研磨技术研究

摘要 高精度柱塞和滑靴尺寸精度难以控制、一致性差及加工效率低,已严重制约航空发动机中液压系统产品的研发制造。文中提出了一种具有通用性、互换性和创新性的方案,设计了一种特定的圆柱形研磨工具,经过试验验证,成功解决上述问题,证明了此方案的可行性,同时提高了柱塞组件的加工精度和效率。 The dimensional accuracy of high-precision plunger and slipper is difficult to control,the consistency is poor and the processing efficiency is low,which has seriously restricted the research and manufacturing of hydraulic system products in aeroengine.This paper puts forward a universal,exchangeable and innovative scheme,designs a specific cylindrical grinding tool.Experimental verification proves that the above problems are successfully solved,the feasibility of this scheme is proved,and the machining accuracy and efficiency of the plunger assembly are improved.
