摘要
针对金属螺杆钻具定子相对常规定子加工成型困难、尺寸精度和表面质量难以保证的问题,分析了常用的金属螺杆钻具定子的加工技术,提出了一种以刀具动态线性化切削力模拟转子与定子间的作用力,实现定子内壁等寿命的加工方法,保证金属定子在生产作业中均匀磨损,延长金属螺杆钻具的有效工作时间。
Relative to the conventional stator processing,it is more difficult for molding metal screw drill tool stator,ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.After analyzing the commonly used metal screw drill tool stator processing technology,this paper proposes a new way that the linear dynamic cutting force of tool simulates the force between the rotor and stator,resulting in processing method of equal life of stator inner wall.It ensures the normal and uniform wear of metal stator in production and improves the life of metal screw drilling tool.
