乡村振兴背景下崂山民宿设计实践解析

Analysis of design practice of Laoshan homestay under the background of rural revitalization

民宿是乡村振兴的重要路径,为了更好地提升青岛崂山民宿的品质,提出三方面的策略,即挖掘文化内涵彰显地域特色、拓展多元产业带动增收致富、创新经营模式构建共享格局。目前自宅改建式民宿为主要趋势,即村民将原有住房向民宿模式转化,既考虑自家居住,也兼顾民宿经营模式下的空间需求,为游客提供食宿的同时,也使游客体验当地的自然、文化与生产生活方式。从建筑风貌、形体组合、功能用房、庭院空间四个方面对崂山仰口曲家庄村某民宿改造进行了解析,希望该设计实践可以作为示范样板,为崂山自宅改建式民宿提供一定参考,以助力乡村振兴。

Homestay is an important path for rural revitalization.In order to improve the quality of homestays in Laoshan,Qingdao,three strategies are proposed:namely to excavate cultural connotations and highlight regional characteristics,expand diversified industries to drive income growth and prosperity,and innovate business models to build a shared pattern.Currently,self-converted homestays are the main trend,which means villagers convert their existing houses into homestays.They take into account their own living needs as well as the spatial requirements under the homestay management model,providing food and lodging to tourists while enabling tourists to experience the local natural culture and production lifestyle.This article analyzes the transformation of a homestay in Qujia Village,Yangkou Town,Laoshan from four aspects:architectural style,form combination,functional rooms,and courtyard space.It is hoped that this design practice can serve as a demonstration model to provide some reference for self-converted homestays in Laoshan,thus helping rural revitalization.
