摘要
介绍一种将新型角钢接头埋设于复合梁复合结构,以实现其快速、安全和高效的施工。通过对预制底板突出弯筋的H型钢筋混凝土叠合板复合梁、预制底板嵌入新型角钢连接件和整浇叠合板的实验研究,分析和比较了三组复合梁在负弯矩作用下荷载-挠度分布、界面滑移、裂缝分布和截面应变分布的异同。试验结果显示,将新型角钢接头嵌入到组合梁中,可使H型钢筋混凝土叠合板具有较好的综合性能和较高的弯曲刚度。而在组合梁基础上预埋新型角钢接头的H型钢-混凝土叠合板组合梁的滑动变形比预制构件的弯肋凸起和整体叠合板的滑动变形小,最大滑移量仅为预制底板弯杆突起的1/2。
This paper introduces a new type of angle joint embedded in composite beam composite structure for its fast,safe and efficient construction.Based on the experimental study of H-shaped reinforced concrete composite beams with prefabricated bottom plate protruding bending bars,the differences and similarities of load deflection distribution,interface slip,crack distribution and section strain distribution of three groups of composite beams under negative bending moment are analyzed and compared,precast bottom slab embedded with the new angle steel joint and whole cast stacked slab.The experimental results show that embedding the new angle steel joints into the composite beams can make the H-shaped reinforced concrete laminated slabs have better comprehensive performance and higher bending stiffness.The sliding deformation of the combined H-steel-concrete laminated slab with the new angle steel joint embedded in the base of the combined beam is smaller than the sliding deformation of the bending rib projection of the precast member and the integral laminated slab,and the maximum slip is only 1/2 of the bending bar projection of the precast base plate.
