Many problems with different degrees of influence have been exposed in the development of domestic engineering construction.When carrying out various construction operations,the project quality problems will not only threaten people's daily life,asset safety and other aspects,but also affect the development of the construction industry and even the society to a certain extent.Therefore,construction enterprises should actively manage the construction site and formulate more effective management measures,so as to comprehensively improve the project quality and promote the further development of the construction industry.Based on this,the paper analyzes the main principles of on-site construction management,discusses the problems existing in the construction operation of construction engineering,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
