装配式建筑工程管理的影响因素与改善对策

Influence Factors and Improvement Countermeasures of Prefabricated Building Engineering Management

随着建筑行业的发展,建筑工程管理能力得到了提高,同时装配式建筑工程也得到了广泛应用。装配式建筑工程施工的效率较高,但是受到一些客观因素的影响,实际的施工中仍存在问题。文章首先阐述了装配式建筑工程的特征,其次分析了目前施工中影响管理的因素,最后提出了相对应的改善对策,以期提高装配式建筑工程管理的水平,推动装配式建筑工程的良好发展。

With the development of the construction industry,the construction engineering management ability has been improved,and the prefabricated construction engineering has also been widely used.The construction efficiency of prefabricated building engineering is faster,but there are some problems in the actual construction due to the influence of some objective factors.This paper first expounds the characteristics of prefabricated building engineering,then analyzes the factors affecting the management in the current construction,and finally puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,in order to improve the management level of prefabricated building engineering and promote the good development of prefabricated building engineering.
