In the construction process of construction projects,various factors affect the cost of the project,leading to continuous increase.Therefore,how to effectively control the entire process cost has become an important issue in the current construction industry.The article studies the basic theories and influencing factors of the entire process cost control in construction project management.By constructing a model of the entire process cost control of construction projects and verifying it with examples,it better elucidates the importance and feasibility of the entire process cost control,in order to provide effective solutions for relevant enterprises.
