中小型住宅建筑设计中存在的问题及设计方法

中小型住宅是当下社会受到广泛喜爱和欢迎的居住选择,其既符合大多数工薪阶层群众的经济条件,又能满足基本日常生活需求。而且随着社会经济发展,居民对住宅的要求也日益提高,因此在设计中小型住宅建筑时,要对住宅的功能性、安全性、舒适度等方面进行全方位的考虑,建造出最实用、最舒适、最符合大众需求的中小型住宅。文章以某地中小型住宅建筑设计为例,探讨了该地以往中小型建筑设计中存在的问题,分析了建筑设计过程中的创新设计方法,以期为中小型建筑设计工作提供参考。

Small and medium-sized houses are widely loved and welcomed in the current society.They not only meet the economic conditions of most working-class people,but also meet the basic needs of daily life.Moreover,with the development of social economy,residents'requirements for housing are also increasing.Therefore,when designing small and medium-sized residential buildings,it is necessary to take full consideration of the functionality,safety,comfort and other aspects of the housing to build the most practical,comfortable and most in line with the public demand for small and medium-sized housing.Taking the design of small and medium-sized residential buildings in a certain place as an example,this paper discusses the problems existing in the design of small and medium-sized buildings in the past,and analyzes the innovative design methods in the process of architectural design,in order to provide reference for the design of small and medium-sized buildings.
