A New Architectural Design Methodology in the Age of Generative Artificial Intelligence

对人工智能技术用于建筑领域方案生成的相关研究和应用情况进行综述,通过分析计算性设计与人工智能辅助设计之间的关系,并聚焦人工智能辅助建筑设计的多种生成任务,提出了一种生成式人工智能影响下的建筑设计新模式,阐释了其设计模式的主要内容以及设计师与人工智能之间的交互关系,也为后续研究提出了新的方向。

This paper reviews relevant researches and applications of generative tasks in architectural design by using Al.Through the analysis of relationship between computational design and Al-aided design with a focus on the generative tasks of Al-aided architectural design,this paper proposes the new mode of architectural design under the impact of generative Al.Further,it explicates themain frameworks of thedesign modeandthe relationship between designer and Al,and predicts new directionsforsubsequent research.
