工商银行将普惠金融作为坚定不移的战略选择,坚持“做真、做实、做好、做活、做持久”。通过搭建“经营快贷”“数字供应链”“网贷通”三大数字普惠产品体系,将普惠金融服务嵌入小微企业生产经营各类场景。同时,发挥科技、渠道优势,不断完善“线上线下”一体化服务网络,将普惠产品向空白领域和薄弱环节触达延伸,为小微企业提供随时随地、触手可得的金融服务。
In recent years,ICBC's inclusive finance has achieved leapfrog development.The bank's inclusive loan balance has exceeded 2 trillion RMB,with an average annual growth rate of over 50%and continuously expanding customer coverage.At the same time,it has established a relatively comprehensive digital inclusive financial product system.On the one hand,ICBC has built three major digital inclusive finance product systems,i.e."Quick Business Loan","Digital Supply Chain"and"Online Loan"to embed inclusive financial services into various production and operation scenarios for SMEs.On the other hand,ICBC leverages its advantages in technology and channels to continuously improve the"online and offline"integrated service network,extend inclusive products to untapped areas and weak links,and provide SMEs with financial services that are readily available anytime,anywhere.
