变弧度管桁架现场制作安装施工工艺应用

摘要 文章以某工程项目作为研究案例,对变弧度管桁架安装技术进行全面的研究分析,结合实践效果来看,在实际施工过程中,钢柱的端部安装钢板,强化树状节点的受力性能,利用大型胎架实现定位功能,不需要配备预制模具,能够有效提高施工效率,保证安装质量,缩短施工工期。 This study takes an engineering project as a case study to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis on the installation technology of variable radian tube truss.Combined with the practical results,it can be seen that in the actual construction process,the end of the steel column is installed with steel plate to strengthen the mechanical performance of the tree node,and the positioning function is realized by using the large tire frame,which does not need to be equipped with prefabricated mold,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency and reduce the processing cost.Shorten the construction period.
