基于RPA+OCR技术的海上油田生产过程监测研究

摘要 随着我国科技和综合国力提升,海上油田开发进入成熟阶段,是我国石油产量和储量增长的主要来源。海上油田生产监测是确保安全、高效的关键环节,复杂的海上条件和生产过程使监测任务艰巨。文章提出了基于RPA和OCR技术的海上油田生产监测方案。该方案利用RPA自动处理数据,利用OCR迅速识别和分析设备状态和生产数据。此方案实现了实时监控和快速反应,确保安全和环境保护。同时,该方案智能且可扩展,适应不同海上油田环境和需求。 With the improvement of China’s technology and comprehensive national strength,the development of offshore oilfields has entered a mature stage and is the main source of growth in China’s oil production and reserves.Production monitoring of offshore oilfields is a key link to ensure safety and efficiency,and the complex offshore conditions and production processes make the monitoring task challenging.The article proposes a production monitoring scheme for offshore oilfields based on RPA and OCR technology.This scheme utilizes RPA to automatically process data,and OCR to quickly identify and analyze equipment status and production data.This solution achieves real-time monitoring and rapid response,ensuring safety and environmental protection.At the same time,this solution is intelligent and scalable,adapting to different offshore oilfield environments and needs.
