摘要
硒元素是土壤中含量非常少的一种微量元素,虽然硒的含量非常少,但却起着很重要的作用。目前,测定土壤全硒的方法主要有原子荧光光谱法、氢化物原子吸收光谱法和荧光法等。然而,土壤中硒含量很低,现有测定方法存在所测标准物质偏低等问题,测量值与实际值有一定的误差。本实验采用硝酸–盐酸–高氯酸混合酸加热溶解,(1+1)盐酸提取的前期处理方法,然后用原子荧光光度计进行土壤硒元素测定。测试结果表明:相对标准偏差、精确度、准确度均符合地质矿产实验室质量测试规范要求。该方法样品前处理时间明显减少,对器皿和仪器要求较低,提高了样品分析结果的质量和时效性。
Selenium is a very small trace element in the soil.Although selenium content is very small,it plays an important role.At present,the methods for determining soil total selenium include atomic fluorescence spectrometry,hydride atomic absorption spectrometry,andfluorescence spectrometry.However,the selenium content in the soil is very low,and the existing measurement methods have problems such as the low standard substance measured,and the measurement value and the actual value have certain errors.In this experiment,the soil selenium was determined by using atomic fluorescence spectrometer,which was used in the pre-treatment of nitric acid,hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid.The test results show that the relative standard deviation,accuracy and accuracy all meet the requirements of the quality test standards of geological and mineral laboratories.The sample pretreatment time of this method is reduced obviously,and the requirements for vessels and instruments are lower,which improves the quality and timeliness of sample analysis results.
