摘要
文章针对氢氧化铝(史密斯气态悬浮)焙烧炉各旋风筒局部阻力高、影响产能的问题,分析原因并提出降低阻力的思路和措施。通过对各旋风筒出口角度、连接管道角度进行优化改造,使焙烧炉系统整体阻力降低,产能得到进一步提高、能耗进一步降低,实践应用效果良好。
In view of the problem that the local resistance of each cyclone of Aluminium hydroxide(Smith gas suspension)roasting furnace is high and affects the productivity,the reason is analyzed and the ideas and measures to reduce the resistance are proposed.Through the optimization and transformation of the outlet angle of each cyclone and the angle of connecting pipes,the overall resistance of the roasting furnace system is reduced,the productivity is further improved,and the energy consumption is further reduced.The practical application effect is good.
