津兴城际铁路隧道防水施工关键技术研究

Research on key technologies for waterproofing construction of Jinxing intercity railway tunnel

隧道防水功能是隧道运营全生命周期最重要的质量因素。提升隧道防水系统施工质量和防水能力是隧道施工的关键问题。为保障隧道防水功能的最大功效,制定合理的隧道防水系统施工工艺。文章以新建津兴城际铁路工程为例,根据工程地质条件归纳了明挖隧道施工防水工艺关键技术,明确了施工质量控制要点,并对防水功效进行了观测和检验。

Tunnel waterproofing function is the most important quality factor throughout the entire life cycle of tunnel operation.Improving the construction quality of tunnel waterproofing system and providing tunnel waterproofing capacity is a key issue in tunnel construction.In order to ensure the maximum effectiveness of tunnel waterproofing function and establish a suitable tunnel waterproofing system construction process,this article summarizes the key waterproofing technology for open cut tunnel construction based on geological conditions and engineering conditions,clarifies the key points of construction quality control,and observes and tests the waterproofing effect through the construction of the new Jinxing intercity railway project.
