高速公路车辆应急救援技术现状及解决办法

摘要 现如今,民众生活水平显著提升,汽车数量增长迅速。随着汽车的快速普及,城镇交通拥堵现象频频发生。为有效解决交通拥堵问题,我国从20世纪初便开始大力发展高速公路工程建设。目前,高速公路总里程数已突破3万km。由于高速公路行驶车流量大、速度较快,道路交通事故的发生率明显上升,民众的生命财产安全受到严重威胁。高速公路车辆应急救援技术成为消防救援的重要支撑。文章针对当前高速公路车辆应急救援特点、现状和处置措施进行分析,提出了完善高速公路应急救援方案的有效策略。 Nowadays,people's living standards have improved significantly,and the number of cars has increased rapidly with the rapid popularization of automobiles,urban traffic jams occur frequently.In order to effectively solve the traffic jams caused by them,China began to vigorously carry out highway construction from the beginning of the 20th century.At present,the total mileage of expressways has exceeded 30000 kilometers.Due to the large flow and fast speed of vehicles driving on highways,the incidence of road traffic accidents has significantly increased,posing a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.Emergency rescue technology for highway vehicles has become an important support for fire rescue.The paper analyzes the characteristics,current situation,and disposal measures of emergency rescue for highway vehicles,and proposes effective strategies to improve the emergency rescue plan for highways.
