摘要
文章分别从科技创新体系和创新布局两方面剖析了西班牙的科技创新现状,并以论文和专利数据为基础,从历年趋势、领域分布、机构分布等角度深入分析西班牙的科技创新成效。得出如下结论:西班牙从资金支持、公共平台建设、人才激励等多方面推动本国科技创新;西班牙基础研究和应用研究的重点均主要集中在材料、化学、生物医药领域,同时西班牙高度重视成果转化,平均每年的专利转化率为10%。
In this paper,the main research object were science and technology innovation system and innovation layout of Spain.Based on the papers and patent data,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of Spain's technological innovation effectiveness from the perspectives of historical trends,field distribution,and institutional distribution.The following conclusion is drawn:Spain promotes its technological innovation from various aspects such as financial support,public platform construction,and talent incentives.The focus of basic and applied research in Spain is mainly on the fields of materials,chemistry,and biomedicine.At the same time,Spain attaches great importance to the transformation of achievements,with an average annual patent conversion rate of 10%.
