摘要
为解决钢结构行业料框众多且在厂区分布位置不确定,容易造成无法及时找到料框的具体位置,间接影响工作效率的问题,设计开发了一套基于UWB料框跟踪系统[1],本系统的UWB定位模块具有成本低、扩展性强、抗干扰、易于管理的特点,大大提高了工人对料框位置的跟踪和监视,因此,文章就上述内容展开研究。
In order to solve the problems of many material frames in the steel structure industry and the uncertain distribution location in the factory area,which easily causes the inability to find the specific location of the material frame in time and indirectly affects the work efficiency,a set of material frame tracking system based on UWB is designed and developed[1].The UWB positioning module of this system has the characteristics of low cost,strong scalability,anti-interference and easy management,which greatly improves the tracking and monitoring of the position of the material frame by workers,therefore,this paper studies the above content.
