Under the background of the gradual progress of modern industry and the advanced development of information technology,in order to improve the competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market environment,enterprises should not only optimize the scale structure,but also innovate management technology means.Enterprises need to promote the construction of informatization management,and on the basis of quantitative work content,use informatization means to collect and analyze production and operation data,so as to provide information support for enterprise management and decision-making.This paper first analyzes the current situation and informatization advantages of IC design project management,and then investigates on the management and decision-making of informatization and big data.
