脑出血患者基于心理评估落实康复关怀的效果观察

Conservative treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients based on the results of psychological evaluation to distinguish the effect of rehabilitation care

目的探讨脑出血保守治疗患者基于心理评估结果,落实不同康复关怀措施的效果。方法对2020年1月—2021年1月期间天门市第一人民医院神经内科收治的100例高血压性脑出血患者进行研究。用随机数字表将患者均分为对照组(常规护理干预)和观察组(常规心理关怀的基础上强化心理干预),每组均有50例患者。比较2组患者护理前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、肢体运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer)评分、巴氏量表(Barthel)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、简版心理健康连续体量表(MHC-SF)评分,比较2组患者护理后满意度。结果护理后观察组患者NIHSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组患者,Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分、MHC-SF评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组护理技术、护理态度、健康教育评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复关怀可以缓解高血压性脑出血患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,促进术后康复,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of different rehabilitation care measures for patients with cerebral hemorrhage on the basis of psychological evaluation.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were studied in the Department of Neurology,Tianmen First People's Hospital.The enrolled patients were divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and observation group(intensive psychological intervention based on routine psychological care)by random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The statistical differences of NIHSS score,FuGL-Meyer score,Barthel score,SAS score,SDS score and MHC-SF score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and the statistical differences of satisfaction after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,NIHSS score,SAS score and SDS score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while FUGL-Meyer score,Barthel score and MHC-SF score were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing skills,nursing attitude and health education in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation care can relieve anxiety and depression of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
