摘要
中药汤剂的口感问题一直是制约中医药发展的瓶颈之一,严重影响患者的用药依从性,进而影响药物的临床疗效、削弱中医药的治疗优势。因此,在保持中药汤剂原有疗效的前提下,利用现代化的制剂生产技术,通过安全、简便的方法,对中药汤剂进行掩味,改善汤剂不良口感,将是十分必要的,这对于提高患者用药依从性,推动中医药现代化进程等均有十分重要的意义。目前,国内外研究人员在相关食品、化学制药、中药固体制剂等掩味方面,已经做出了不少出色而且有成效的探索与研究,但仍存在掩味技术方法受限、口感评价不完善、产业化生产困难一系列问题,特别是相对于中药汤剂这一块儿,研究少之又少。针对上述问题,本文根据中药汤剂的作用特点,结合掩味相关领域的研究成果,利用复合掩味技术对中药汤剂进行系统而深入的分析和研究,提出中药汤剂掩味问题研究的应对策略,为中药汤剂的掩味研究提供参考。
The problem of the taste of traditional Chinese medicine decoction has been one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine,which seriously affects the compliance of patients with medication,thereby affecting the clinical efficacy of drugs and weakening the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,on the premise of maintaining the original efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,it will be very necessary to mask the taste of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and improve the bad taste of the decoction by using modern preparation production technology and safe and simple methods,which is of great significance for improving the compliance of patients with drug use and promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,researchers at home and abroad have made many excellent and effective explorations and researches in terms of taste masking related to food,chemical pharmacy,solid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,but there are still problems such as limited taste masking technology and methods,imperfect taste evaluation,and difficulties in industrialized production,especially compared with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.In view of the above problems,according to the functional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,combined with the research achievements in the field of taste masking,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth analysis and research on traditional Chinese medicine decoction by using compound taste masking technology,and puts forward the coping strategies for the study of taste masking of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,which provides a reference for the study of taste masking of traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
