胃癌根治术后患者DSOX化疗过程中应用PDCA循环式干预的效果研究

Study on the Effect of PDCA Circulation Intervention in Patients with Gastric Cancer After Radical Gastrectomy Treated with DSOX Chemotherapy

目的:探索胃癌根治术后多西他赛+奥沙利铂+替吉奥(DSOX)化疗患者应用PDCA循环式干预的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月我院收治的86例胃癌根治术后DSOX化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组43例采用常规护理,观察组43例采用PDCA循环式干预,比较两组护理后Piper疲乏量表评分、总满意率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组Piper疲乏量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的23.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环干预用于胃癌根治术后DSOX化疗患者中,可加速病情恢复,降低术后不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA cycle intervention in patients with docetaxel+oxaliplatin+tegafur(DSOX)chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with DSOX chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.43 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with PDCA cycle intervention.The Piper fatigue scale score,total satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:The Piper fatigue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 23.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation intervention can accelerate disease recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in patients treated with DSOX chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
