单抗药物治疗寻常型银屑病的研究进展

寻常型银屑病是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,由遗传、免疫、环境刺激等多种因素之间的复杂相互作用引起。随着单抗药物的问世,寻常型银屑病治疗的疗效和预后得到了明显的提升。本文主要就单抗药物治疗寻常型银屑病的作用机制、作用效果及不良反应进行综述,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。

Psoriasis vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease,which is caused by the complex interaction between genetic,immune,environmental stimulation and other factors.With the advent of monoclonal antibody drugs,the efficacy and prognosis of psoriasis vulgaris treatment have been significantly improved.This article mainly reviews the mechanism,effect and adverse reactions of monoclonal antibody drugs in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
