长期使用质子泵抑制剂对胃食管反流病患者胃泌素的影响

Effect of Long-term Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors on Gastrin in Patients with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:探究长期使用质子泵抑制剂对胃食管反流病患者胃泌素的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院接诊且需长期服用质子泵抑制剂的45例老年胃食管反流病患者为研究对象,分析患者治疗前、治疗1个月、3个月、6个月食管严重程度分级、症状积分、胃酸、胃泌素变化情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后患者食管严重程度分级、症状积分、胃酸水平显著改善,胃泌素水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:质子泵抑制剂可有效改善胃食管反流病患者的食管严重程度、不适症状和胃内pH值,但长期使用会导致胃泌素水平上升。

Objective:To explore the effect of long-term use of proton pump inhibitors on gastrin in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:A total of 45 elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 and required long-term use of proton pump inhibitors were selected as the research objects.The changes of esophageal severity,symptom score,gastric acid and gastrin before treatment,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment were analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the esophageal severity classification,symptom score and gastric acid level were significantly improved after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment,and the gastrin level was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Proton pump inhibitors can effectively improve the esophageal severity,discomfort symptoms and gastric pH in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,but long-term use will lead to increased gastrin levels.
