芪蛭固本通脉丸辅助治疗气虚血瘀证动脉硬化闭塞症的效果

Effect of Qizhi Guben Tongmai Pill in Adjuvant Treatment of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:探讨芪蛭固本通脉丸对气虚血瘀证动脉硬化闭塞症血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2023年1月我院诊治的气虚血瘀证动脉硬化闭塞症患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组55例与对照组55例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予芪蛭固本通脉丸治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]、血管内皮功能[血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)]、血管内径与踝肱指数。结果:治疗4个疗程后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、ET水平低于对照组,HDL-C、NO水平及血管内径、踝肱指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪蛭固本通脉丸辅助治疗气虚血瘀证动脉硬化闭塞症能提高患者的总体治疗效果,改善患者的血脂水平与血管内皮功能,从而提高患侧的血管内径与踝肱指数。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qizhi Guben Tongmai Pill on vascular endothelial function in arteriosclerosis obliterans with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 110 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group(55 patients)and control group(55 patients).The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the treatment group was treated with Qizhi Guben Tongmai Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)],vascular endothelial function[serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO)],vascular diameter and ankle brachial index were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ET in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C,NO,vascular diameter and ankle brachial index were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi Guben Tongmai Pill can improve the overall therapeutic effect of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve the blood lipid level and vascular endothelial function of patients,so as to improve the vascular diameter and ankle brachial index of the affected side.
