预防性护理在泌尿系感染患儿抗菌药物治疗期间的效果

Effect of Preventive Nursing in Children with Urinary Tract Infection During Antibiotic Treatment

目的:探讨预防性护理在泌尿系感染患儿抗菌药物治疗期间的效果。方法:选取我科2021年1月—2023年2月收治的60例泌尿系感染患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。所有患儿均采取抗菌药物治疗,对照组患儿在治疗过程中采取常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上增加预防性护理,比较两组患儿不良反应发生率、治疗依从性、临床症状缓解时间及患儿家长护理满意度。结果:观察组不良反应发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿尿急时间、尿频时间、尿路疼痛时间以及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理能够降低儿童泌尿系感染患者抗菌药物使用过程中出现的不良反应情况,进一步提升患儿治疗依从性,改善临床症状,促进患儿机体功能恢复,患儿家属满意度较高,值得临床应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of preventive nursing in children with urinary tract infection during antibiotic treatment.Methods:A total of 60 children with urinary infection admitted to our department from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as research subjects and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 children in each group.All children were treated with antibiotics.The children in the control group were given routine nursing during the treatment.The children in the observation group were given preventive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions,treatment compliance,clinical symptom relief time and parents’nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The urinary urgency time,urinary frequency time,urinary tract pain time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing can reduce the adverse reactions in the use of antibiotics in children with urinary tract infection,further improve the treatment compliance of children,improve clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of children’s body function, and the satisfaction of children’s family members is high, which is worthy ofclinical application.
