低尿酸血症研究进展

Advances in hypouricemia

尿酸代谢紊乱是发病率较高的代谢性疾病,高尿酸血症因发病率高,与冠心病、高血压、糖尿病、肾病等多种疾病的发生密切相关,临床较重视。而对低尿酸血症未予重视,相关研究也较少。近年有研究提出低尿酸血症的危害,同时低尿酸血症也是一些疾病的临床表现。本文就低尿酸血症病因及其与临床疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。

Uric acid metabolism disorder is a kind of metabolic disease with a high incidence.Hyperuricemia has been the clinical focus due to its high incidence and close relationship with coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,nephropathy and other diseases.But hypouricemia has not been paid much attention,and few related studies have been carried on.In recent years,some researchers have reported the harm of hypouricemia,while hypouricemia has been found to be the clinical manifestation of some diseases.This paper reviews the research progress of the etiology of hypouricemia and its relationship with clinical diseases.
