摘要
甲状腺疾病是全球性健康问题,传统研究方法可能无法准确还原甲状腺病理生理状态。类器官是源自干细胞的3D模型,能高度还原组织特性与异质性。已有研究成功利用人干细胞或原代甲状腺细胞培育甲状腺类器官,验证其用于模拟甲状腺疾病和药物筛选的可行性。类器官模型为研究甲状腺疾病和开发新的诊疗方法提供了较有前景的临床前模型。本文介绍并综述甲状腺类器官技术在疾病研究和治疗中的最新进展。
Thyroid diseases are a global health concern,but traditional research methods may not accurately replicate thyroid pathology.Organoids,3D models derived from stem cells,can closely mimic tissue characteristics and heterogeneity.Studies have successfully cultured thyroid organoids from human stem cells or primary thyroid cells,validating their potential for disease simulation and drug screening.Organoid models offer a promising preclinical platform for studying thyroid diseases and developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.This article introduces and reviews the latest advancements of thyroid organoid technology in disease research and treatment.
