云南不同煤层褐煤对腐植酸钾品质和产率的影响

Effects of Lignite from Different Coal Seams in Yunnan on the Quality and Yield of Potassium Humate

摘要 以云南褐煤为原料,进行KOH提取腐植酸钾试验。研究了同一矿区不同煤层煤质理化指标差异性,发现不同煤层的煤样pH值、有机质含量、总腐植酸含量、挥发分含量、固定碳含量、灰分含量、硫含量、水分含量差异较大;进一步研究了煤质对腐植酸钾产品品质及产率影响,结果显示,腐植酸钾产品品质和产率,与褐煤总腐植酸含量、固定碳含量、pH值密切相关。研究发现,腐植酸钾产品可溶性腐植酸含量与褐煤总腐植酸含量、固定碳含量呈正相关,当褐煤总腐植酸含量最高为55.69%、固定碳含量最高为38.21%时,制得对应腐植酸钾产品可溶性腐植酸含量最高为76.21%;当褐煤总腐植酸含量最低为48.67%、固定碳含量最低为17.96%时,制得对应腐植酸钾产品可溶性腐植酸含量最低为44.91%。褐煤初始pH值与腐植酸钾产品pH值呈正相关,与腐植酸钾产品K2O含量呈负相关,当褐煤pH值最高为5.88时,制得对应腐植酸钾产品pH值最高为11.11,K2O含量最低为16.41%;当褐煤pH值最低为3.39时,制得对应腐植酸钾产品pH值最低为9.71,K2O含量最高为21.12%。 The experiment of extracting potassium humate from lignite of Yunnan Province was conducted.The differences of physical and chemical indexes of different coal seams in the same mining area were studied,and it was found that pH value,organic matter content,total humic acid content,volatile content,fixed carbon content,ash content,sulfur content,water content of coal samples differ greatly.The effect of coal quality on the quality and yield of potassium humate was further studied.The results showed that the yield of potassium humate was closely related to the total humic acid content,fixed carbon content and pH value of coal.It was found that the content of soluble humic acid of potassium humate products is positively correlated with the total humic acid content of lignite.When the total humic acid content of lignite was the highest at 55.69%,the soluble humic acid content of corresponding potassium humate products was the highest at 76.21%.When the total humic acid of lignite was the lowest at 48.67%,the content of soluble humic acid of corresponding potassium humate product was the lowest at 44.91%.The total humic acid content of potassium humate products was positively correlated with the fixed carbon content of lignite.When the fixed carbon content of lignite was the highest at 38.21%,the content of soluble humic acid of corresponding potassium humate products was the highest at 76.21%.When the fixed carbon content of lignite was the lowest at 17.96%,the content of soluble humic acid of corresponding potassium humate product was the lowest at 44.91%.The initial pH value of lignite was positively correlated with the pH value of potassium humate products,while negatively correlated with the K2O content of potassium humate products.When the pH value of lignite was the highest at 5.88,the pH value of corresponding potassium humate products was the highest at 11.11 while the K2O content was the lowest at 16.41%.When the pH value of lignite was the lowest at 3.39,the pH value of corresponding potassium humate product was the lowest at 9.71 while the K2O content was the highest at 21.12%.
