摘要
[目的/意义]对国外高校图书馆人工智能服务现状进行调研分析,以为我国图书馆人工智能服务实践提供启示借鉴。[方法/过程]采用网络调研法与内容分析法,从技术/设备支持、智慧空间、特殊服务、培训或活动以及咨询与帮助5个方面对国外具有代表性的14所高校图书馆的人工智能服务展开调研,总结国外图书馆人工智能服务的实践及特点。[结果/结论]结合目前我国高校图书馆人工智能服务的开展情况,提出5点启示:重视应用,引入先进技术;开拓创新,丰富智慧空间;服务深入,提升特殊服务;丰富资源,开展培训活动;交流共享,加强机构合作。
[Purpose/Significance]The paper analyzes the current state of artificial intelligence services in foreign university libraries,and provides references for the service practice in Chinese libraries.[Method/Process]This study adopted the methods of online research and content analysis to investigate the artificial intelligence services in 14 representative foreign university libraries from five aspects:technical/equipment support,smart spaces,special services,training or activities,and consultation and assistance.And it summarized its practice characteristics.[Result/Conclusion]According to the current situation of artificial intelligence services in Chinese university libraries,this paper proposes the following five points of view:pay attention to the application of advanced technology;improve the creative construction of smart spaces;provide in-depth services to the disabled;conduct training activities with abundant resources;and strengthen institutional cooperation through communication and sharing.
