摘要 [目的/意义]探究科研人员对预印本平台不同服务功能的需求层次,分析国内外主流预印本平台服务功能配置差异,为预印本平台服务功能完善和优化提供决策支持。[方法/过程]首先,进行文献调研,并采用专家咨询和小组讨论的方式对调研结果进行补充归纳,确定预印本平台服务功能项目维度与数量;其次,设计发放并回收381份有效问卷,从Kano归类、混合类和Better-Worse系数3个维度对预印本平台服务功能展开需求层次分析;然后,网络调研国内外主流预印本平台并结合需求层次分析结果,探究主流预印本平台服务功能配置情况;最后,为预印本平台服务功能完善提出相关参考建议。[结果/结论]梳理出预印本平台7个维度下20项服务功能;探究出论文提交等6项功能属于必备型需求、科学审查功能属于期望型需求、个人管理中心等4项功能属于无差异型需求、期刊导航等3项功能属于兴奋型需求、论文撤回等6项功能属于多属性需求;国内三大预印本平台服务功能配置与国外主流预印本平台间未存在显著差异;并从优先发展期望型与兴奋型需求、细化完善必备型需求、优化取舍无差异型需求等视角切入,为后续预印本平台服务功能完善提出优化策略。 [Purpose/Significance]This paper explores the researchers’need for preprint platform service,analyzes the differences in service functionof mainstream preprint platforms at home and abroad,and provide decision support for its improvement and optimization.[Method/Process]Firstly,this paper conducted literature research,expert consultation and group discussion to supplement and summarize the research results and determine the service dimensions and numbers o of the preprint platform.Secondly,this study designed,distributed and collected 381 valid questionnaires and conducted service requirement analysis of the preprint platform in three dimensions:Kano categorization,mixed category and Better-Worse coefficient.Then,it investigated the service settings of mainstream preprint platforms at home and abroad through network investigation and the requirement analysis.Finally,it summarized and proposed relevant reference suggestions for the improvement of service functions of preprint platforms.[Result/Conclusion]This paper sorts out 20 service functions in 7 dimensions of the preprint platform.It finds that 6 functions such as paper submission are must-be requirements,scientific review functions are performance requirements,4 functions such as personal management center are indifferent requirements,3 functions such as journal navigation are attractive requirements,and 6 functions such as paper withdrawal are multi-attribute requirements.There is no significant difference in service settings between the three major domestic preprint platforms and t the mainstream foreign preprint platforms.From the perspectives of prioritizing the development of performance and attractive requirements,refining and perfecting the must-be requirements,and optimizing the indifferent requirements,this paper proposes optimization strategies for the subsequent service improvement of the preprint platform.
