摘要
良好的创新生态能够促进区域的可持续发展,增强区域竞争力。从创新生产者、创新消费者、创新分解者和创新环境角度出发构建区域创新生态系统评价指标体系,运用网络层次分析法和熵值法对我国31个省市自治区的区域创新生态系统进行评价,发现:①我国不同省市自治区的创新生态系统建设情况有较大差别;②不同区域创新生态系统有显著差异,华东地区、华中地区等的创新生态系统状况良好,西北地区、西南地区等的创新生态系统建设情况较差;③长三角、珠三角创新生态系统状况良好,京津冀区域创新生态系统发展不平衡,有待进一步提高;④不同区域创新生态系统发展水平按地理位置呈现出一定的趋势,东部和中部较西部发展水平高,南部较北部发展水平高。
A good innovation ecology can promote the sustainable development of the region and enhance the regional competitiveness.From the perspectives of innovation producers,innovation consumers,innovation decomposers and innovation environment,the research constructs a regional innovation ecosystem evaluation index system,and uses the network analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to evaluate the regional innovation ecosystems of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in my country,found that:The construction of innovation ecosystems in different provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in my country is quite different;②There are significant differences in innovation ecosystems in different regions.The innovation ecosystems in East China and Central China are in good condition,while the construction of innovation ecosystems in the northwest and southwest regions is poor;?The innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is in good condition,and the development of the innovation ecosystem in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is unbalanced and needs to be further improved;The development level of innovation ecosystems in different regions shows a certain trend based on geographical location,with the eastern and central regions having a higher level of development compared to the western regions,and the southern regions having a higher level of development compared to the northern regions.
