科技创新视角下再生资源化能力差异性研究

Research on the Difference of Renewable Resources Capacity from the Perspective of Technological Innovation

我国将再生资源产业定位为战略性新兴产业,再生资源企业也迎来了科技创新发展的契机。我国再生资源企业布局存在明显空间差异,再生资源化能力呈梯度分布,并基于科技创新驱动再生资源化能力梯度演进提升。分别居于第一梯度、第二梯度、第三梯度的广东、浙江、广西三省区再生资源发展能够比较全面地呈现我国再生资源产业发展状况。采用半结构化深度访谈法,在广东、浙江、广西三省区抽取9个城市,对再生资源产业链的相关主体进行深度调研,基于科技创新的视角研究再生资源能力差异性。研究发现:第一梯度的再生资源企业追求科技创新发展,正在演化成再生资源产业全渠道供应商,再生资源企业由求数量向求质量方向发展;第二梯度的再生资源企业科技创新内生动力被激活发酵,再生资源市场进入持续发展的常态化;第三梯度的再生资源企业布局分散,再生资源企业科技创新内生动力不足。并基于再生资源化能力差异性,提出真正落实再生资源产业发展政策的相关建议。

China has positioned the renewable resource industry as a strategic emerging industry,and renewable resources enterprises have ushered in an opportunity for technological innovation and development.There are obvious spatial differences in the layout of renewable resource enterprises in China.The renewable resource capacity is distributed in gradient,and the gradient evolution and improvement of renewable resource capacity are driven by technological innovation.The development of renewable resources in Guangdong,Zhejiang and Guangxi,which are in the first gradient,the second gradient and the third gradient respectively,can more comprehensively present the development of China's renewable resources industry.By using semi-structured in-depth interview method,9 cities in Guangdong,Zhejiang and Guangxi provinces were selected to conduct in-depth research on the relevant participants of the renewable resources industry chain and study the difference of renewable resource capacity based on technological innovation.The findings are as follows:the first gradient of renewable resources enterprises pursue technological innovation are evolving into omni-channel suppliers of renewable resources industry,and renewable resources enterprises are developing from quantity to quality;The endogenous power of the second gradient renewable resources enterprises is activated and fermented,and the renewable resources market enters the normalization of sustainable development.The distribution of renewable resource enterprises in the third gradient is scattered,and the overall endogenous driving force of renewable resource enterprises technological innovation is insufficient.And based on the difference of renewable resources capacity,the relevant suggestions on the development policy of renewable resources industry are put forward.
