推进中国式现代化是我国的中心任务,这对博士生创新人才自主培养提出更高的要求。我国博士生总体规模尚不能满足现代化建设需求,博士生创新能力的培养亟需大力提升,培养的能级不够强劲。一方面要坚定博士生创新人才自主培养自信和决心,另一方面要从战略布局、培养环境、培养模式三大维度重点发力。要坚持国家战略发展需求导向,优化博士生创新人才自主培养布局,锚定支撑引领中国式现代化的核心功能,推动产学研协同融合,充分发挥“双一流”高校在博士生创新人才自主培养上的领跑作用。优化培养环境支持,提升博士生创新人才培养质量。建立多元主体联合培养模式,加强STEM博士生创新人才培养。

Promoting Chinese-style modernization is the central task of our country,which puts forward higher requirements for the independent training of doctoral innovative talents.The overall scale of doctoral students in China cannot meet the needs of modernization construction,and the cultivation of doctoral innovation ability needs to be greatly improved,and the level of cultivation is not strong enough.On the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen the self-confidence and determination of doctoral innovative talents to cultivate themselves,and on the other hand,it is necessary to focus on the three dimensions of strategic layout,training environment and training mode.It is necessary to adhere to the orientation of national strategic development needs,optimize the layout of independent training of doctoral innovative talents,anchor the core function of supporting and leading the Chinese-style modernization,promote the collaborative integration of production,university and research,and give full play to the leading role of"double first-class"universities in the independent trainin of doctoral innovative talents.Optimize the training environment support,improve the quality of doctoral innovative talent training.Establish a multi-subject joint training model and strengthen the training of innovative STEM doctoral students.
