摘要
为了实现基坑施工微扰动,保障邻近轨道交通的运营安全,在原有等厚度水泥土搅拌墙(TRD)技术基础上研究超深TRD工法的变形控制、微扰动控制改进工艺等措施,并形成实用新型工艺。该工法较传统工法具有适应性强、施工精度高、成墙品质好、均匀性好等明显优势。上海某深基坑工程紧邻轨道交通站房及轨道交通地面线等,建设条件复杂,采用超深TRD工法进行槽壁加固,通过施工过程跟踪和质量检测分析,直接验证了该工法在环境影响控制、止水防渗性能和无侧限抗压强度等方面的突出表现,证明了该工法运用于复杂环境下基坑工程的可靠性和优越性。
In order to achieve the micro-disturbance of excavation and ensure the operation safety of the adjacent rail transit,the deformation control and micro-disturbance control improvement processes of the ultra-deep trench cutting re-mixing deep wal(TRD)method are studied on the basis of the original TRD technology,and a practical new type process is formed.This method has obvious advantages over the traditional method,such as stronger adaptability,higher construction precision,higher wall quality,better uniformity,and so on.A deep excavation project in Shanghai was taken as an example,which is adjacent to the rail transit station and the ground line of rail transit.The ultra-deep TRD method was adopted for the reinforcement of the trench wall.By the tracking of the construction process and the analysis of the quality testing,the outstanding performance of this method in the control of the environmental impacts,the water stopping and seepage prevention performance,and the unconfined compressive strength,etc.,was verified.It proves that this method can be applied to the excavation under a complex environment in terms of its reliability and superiority.
