站在西医的角度看中医中药治疗功能性消化不良的潜在价值

Potential value of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia:from the perspective of Western medicine

功能性消化不良在消化科门诊和人群中十分常见,长期反复发作,难以完全治愈的过程对患者的生理与心理是极大的伤害。目前西医主要是针对病理生理学,在循证证据的基础上选择药物治疗,但并未达到理想的效果。本文总结中医中药(植物药、穴位刺激)在功能性消化不良治疗中的临床应用研究,中药的多靶点效能、双向调节的可能作用机制,尽管尚需要更多的循证依据的支持,但传统中医对功能性消化不良的治疗展现了极大的潜在价值,值得大力研究后推广。

Functional dyspepsia is very common in GI clinics and the general population,and the process of long-term recurrent attacks and difficult to completely cure bring much trouble to the patient,in both of physiology and psychology.At present,western medicine is mainly aimed at pathophysiology,and treatment is depended on evidence clinical trials,but it has not achieved the desired effect.This article summarizes the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(plant medicine,acupoint stimulation)in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,the multi-target efficacy and possible mechanism of bidirectional regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Although more evidence-based studies are needed,Traditional Chinese Medicine has shown great potential value for the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which is worthy of vigorous research and promotion.
