膝关节置换手术日间化路径探讨

Exploration of Ambulatory Approach for Knee Joint Replacement

目的分析膝关节置换日间化的优势,探讨膝关节置换日间手术开展的可行路径。方法纳入某院2021年10月31日-2022年10月31日开展日间膝置换患者16例,利用倾向评分匹配按1:2匹配普通膝置换患者32例,利用SPSS 22.0软件对两组患者基线数据和手术结果指标进行统计学分析。结果日间膝置换患者平均住院天数缩短为(2.4±0.5)d,术前等待时间缩短为0天,术后住院时间缩短为(2.4±0.5)d,相比普通膝置换患者,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在条件成熟、多学科支持、手术技术提升的情况下,膝关节置换日间化较普通膝置换更具优势,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the advantages of ambulatory knee joint replacement and explore the feasible path of ambulatory knee joint replacement.Methods Sixteen patients with ambulatory knee joint replacement from October 31st,2021 to October 31st,2022 were included,and 32 patients with ordinary knee joint replacement were matched with propensity score matching according to 1:2.The baseline data and surgical related indicators of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 software.Results The average hospital stay of patients with ambulatory knee joint replacement was shortened to(2.4±0.5)days,the waiting time before surgery was shortened to 0 days,and the hospital stay after surgery was shortened to(2.4±0.5)days,which was statistically significant compared with patients with ordinary knee joint replacement(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the conditions of mature conditions,multidisciplinary support and improved surgical techniques,the ambulatory knee joint replacement has more advantages than the ordinary knee joint replacement which is worth promoting.
