Using the Heinrich Accident Rule as the advanced management method of work safety,according to the various problems,defects,events and accidents in the process of work safety management carded out by various units,the data were analyzed statistically,find out the defects and weak points of monthly safety management,take the problem as the guidance,formulate the corresponding management measures,realize the quantification of safety management,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,improve the safety management level of enterprises,effectively ensure the safety of production management effect.
