酮连氮法水合肼副产盐水蒸发母液处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 酮连氮法水合肼作为国内主流的生产工艺,经过近几年的高速发展,如何高效经济的处理副产盐水成为国内水合肼生产厂家面临的主要问题。目前国内几乎都是采用蒸发结晶高温处理副产盐水处理后回用于氯碱,蒸发系统杂质累积造成蒸发能力下降需频繁停车洗效。如何有效的去除杂质,防止累积是蒸发系统稳定长周期运行的关键。本研究采用了多种方法对蒸发的母液进行探索实验,试图寻找到有效的处理方法,解决这个困扰行业的难题,为工业化作参考。 Production of hydrazine hydrate by ketone hydrazine as the domestic mainstream production process in recent years of rapid development,how to efficient economic treatment of by-product saline is the main problem facing domestic hydrazine hydrate manufacturers,by-product saline processing domestic are almost all using evaporation crystallization after high temperature treatment for chlor-alkali,evaporation system impurity accumulation cause frequent stop and wash industry problems,how to effectively remove impurities,prevent accumulation is the key to the evaporation system stable long cycle operation.In this study,many methods were used to explore the evaporated mother liquid and trying to find an effective treatment method for reference for industrialization.
